Every being in this world is connected to each other, we may see each other as separate entities but we are one. We think that what we are is because of our own Karma, whether we take our existence as good or bad it is an outcome of actions by us, our fathers, forefathers and everyone else.
Let us understand it through this way, a person plants an apple tree so that he can enjoy the taste of sweet fresh apples. In a few years the tree starts producing fruits, the taste of those sweet apples is enjoyed by not only him but his children and family members. That tree is a home for many birds & squirrels, and oxygen produced by that tree is supplied to each and every being on earth.
He may think that due to his action he is able to enjoy the fruit but in reality his actions are indirectly effecting the whole world, it’s just the point of view which changes what we see but the reality does not change. Similarly, each and every action done by one being effects everyone else & keeping this in your mind take right decisions no matter if world sees or not.
